The project in question is a housing complex located in the parish of São João, in the municipality of Lajes do Pico.

The three existing volumes were in poor condition, which is why the main intention of the project is to restore them.

The key focus of the project is on house A, where a new mezzanine floor is added to provide a new panoramic view.

Houses B and C are also improved by removing additions that had altered the original architecture of the complex.

The cistern of House C is restored for irrigation purposes and used to create a private terrace for House C.
