This project entails the creation of a brand-new rural accommodation facility nestled within the charming parish of Santo Antônio, situated within the picturesque village of São Roque do Pico. The essence of our intervention project is deeply rooted in a cluster of houses that authentically embody the traditional architecture of this region. In response to the client’s specific request, our design concept centers on the meticulous reconfiguration of these existing structures into a diverse array of tourist apartments.
As for the newly constructed building, our proposal features plastered masonry blocks painted in an elegant shade of gray, complemented by wooden cladding on the northern facade. The roofing material for the main structure is envisioned to be sleek black plasma tile, while the reception area is slated to be adorned with a roof made of gray plasma tile.
