This exquisite house was meticulously designed to take full advantage of its prime location, boasting breathtaking views of the sea and the stunning São Jorge island. The visionary behind this project envisioned a stone house that would not exceed 60 sqm in size, focusing on creating a spacious and seamlessly flowing interior.

To achieve this objective, a rectangular floor plan measuring 10 by 6 meters was carefully devised, dividing the space into four distinct zones: Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, and Bathroom.

The Kitchen and Living Room, serving as the social heart of the house, grace the outer side of the property, adjacent to the access road. Meanwhile, the Bedroom and Bathroom are thoughtfully situated on the interior side, shielding the Bedroom from any potential noise disturbances from passing vehicles.
