The ‘Quinta Pôr so Sol’ project is situated within the Candelária parish, part of the Madalena. Its primary aim is to create a tourist development featuring six distinct accommodations.

This undertaking places a strong emphasis on seamlessly blending into the natural landscape, a concept thoughtfully reflected in the project’s name. Here, the residences harmoniously coexist with the scenic beauty of the sea.

Additionally, the project boasts an array of amenities, including a restaurant, reception area, and a pool, all of which are open for public enjoyment.

To make the most of the terrain’s topography, the houses have been strategically positioned on the higher side of the land, capitalizing on the slope to ensure the optimal integration of the residences with their surroundings. The project was submitted in 2019.
