House in Terra do Pão

The House in Terra do Pão project aimed to restore a derelict building by incorporating a new wooden structure, thereby converting it into a charming T2 residential unit complete with a sauna.

The ground floor now houses the primary bedroom and a sauna, providing a relaxing retreat for the occupants.

On the first floor, you’ll find the social area, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

The second bedroom is situated on the second floor, and the strategic placement of the new wooden structure has created an inner patio, thoughtfully incorporating some of the original ruins into the design, adding character and uniqueness to the second bedroom.
